Sharnell Delmohammed
President
Sharnell Delmohammed, our President and Founder has a wealth of experience in the financial services industry that spans across program management, strategy, process improvement, internal audit, and cross-sector collaboration. She is a leader in workforce development, dedicated to bridging the gap between education and employment by connecting students to early career opportunities. Sharnell's passion for student development was sparked by her own experiences as a high school senior. After learning about a prestigious full-tuition college scholarship and internship opportunity—thanks to a classmate and her mother—she gained exposure to a career path she had never imagined. That experience cemented her belief in “the power of one,” and inspired her to create Opportunity Access Inc., to invest in young people and empower them to recognize their full potential and pursue opportunities without fear. Sharnell also holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration with a specialization in Social Impact, Innovation, and Investing from New York University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Urban Studies from Fordham University. Sharnell is committed to breaking down barriers and helping students access resources for educational and professional advancement.
